This looks like a black-eyed susan to me, but I think it was supposed to be more of the Art Nouveau / Jugendstil "wildflower" motif popular in 1900-1910. Black Eyed Susans were American, too, and this looks European, so forget that. Mass-produced via machine-pressing the front panel, then hand-applying enamel. Undecorated back panel has original frame and celluloid lens inside, along with paper. Never worn/personalized. 1.5" tall (with ring at top) x 1" wide.
