Size 6.5, was underground recently. Says something in caps like "THE LORD IS ME (MIE?) HOP" (meaning "hope") and there's a historic silver repair/resizing on one size. C. 1600-1755 (when dictionary was published and spelling norms were standardized). A little over 1/8" wide, domed. Totally wearable. Black metal, some kind of steel or bronze alloy.
