.02ct (approx) Old Euro / transitional cut diamonds in eyes, so 4 total. Resizable - I see traces of an old resizing so it can be done again, but to a size 8 at the smallest. (Resizing marks are invisible from the outside.) Currently size 10. All handmade with winding layers, and minimal scratches and abrasions to the sapph/ruby. Hallmarks were lost in the resizing. c. 1880-1910. 3/16" wide at back, 5/16" wide where head and tail overlap.
